1. Return Window – 10 Days

You can ask for a return within 10 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging with all tags and parts.
Please keep your invoice or order number.

2. Wrong Size or Defect – Free Exchange

Wrong size (shoes, gloves, clothing): we exchange it for another size, if in stock.
Manufacturing defect: we replace the item, or refund you if no replacement is available.
Tell us within 10 days of delivery. Send photos of the problem.

3. Damaged or Missing Items in Delivery

Check your parcel when it arrives.
Report any damage, wrong item or missing item within 5 days of delivery.
Send photos of the parcel and the item. We will fix it at our cost.

4. Items We Cannot Take Back

Pellets and other consumables once the tin or seal is opened.
Items that are used, washed, fitted, cut or changed.
Items damaged by wrong use.
Items returned after 10 days.

5. How to Return an Item

Call, WhatsApp or email us with your order number and the reason.
We confirm the return and share the return address.
Pack the item safely in its original box. Use a tracked courier.
We check the item within 2 working days after it reaches us.

6. Return Shipping Cost

Our mistake (defect, damage, wrong item): we pay the shipping.
Change of mind or wrong size ordered: you pay the return shipping.
Shipping to you is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

7. Refunds

After the check, we email you to approve or reject the refund.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 7 working days.
Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
