Refund and Returns Policy

We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged by vendor / Business Partners. The item should be returned to us within 2 days from the delivery date in the original packaging, freebies and accessories. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package within 10 working days.

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (send only to sender address as seen in the invoice/delivery challan / POD  – proof of delivery) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.

Damaged Products:

Replacement Procedure:

In cases where the product is damaged, Gunfire will make every effort to replace the item with an identical or similar product of equal value. The replacement process will be initiated once the damage has been verified by our team.


Refund Procedure:

If a replacement is not possible due to stock availability or any other reasons, Gunfire will issue a refund for the damaged item. The refund will be processed within 2 weeks of the approval of the refund request.
